Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, licensed Insurance Agents / Financial Consultants who are ready to take their career to the next level in a structured, high-performance environment.
This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) designed for individuals who are serious about growth, committed to excellence, and eager to close business at a high level.

Requirements
- Active Florida 2-14 (Life & Variable Annuities) or 2-15 (Health & Life) License
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or a related sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly coachable, disciplined, and results-driven
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset
